CBO BBQ at Kent's - 16-Oct-2009

And so we had the post quarter BBQ this time round over at Kent's. :)

The Area

SK: "Ok lets get it started"



tL "This is a really easy thing. Trust me, I'm always doing this"
SK & KC "Really? You're the man"

"Hey it can't be started up!"
"Ok, lets try another position to cover up the wind"
PS: Note, there's NO wind at all!




We waited and waited..... meanwhile, I started snapping the cam around.

Now let us welcome our very own Korean BBQ CHEF!!!! Just LOOK at the way, he BBQ and cut the meat!! *Slurps* It just makes one drool just by looking at the pics!!

That's my own creation from and for the salad section. :) I'm good at it! *Proud* Started doing this up so others can have a fair share of it and BBQ-ing it! :)





And the ladies stepped in to help, so the guys can take a rest. :) We're so nice!

And of course tL didn't feel comfortable with us helping, (especially after he learnt that the whole gin gang of us ladies stepping in, looking very pro-like, but NONE of us know how to cook at all!! Such a coincidence) in fear of the food not getting cooked. How could he!! *Sniff* And so he supervious us.

tL, with a very concern look "You girls ok?"
US: "OF COURSE!!"

And now, let us welcome the group of very pro-like-but-no-idea-how-to-cook girls:

TAA-DAA!!!! (Pic must be bigger to show all of our pretty faces) Here they are. But we do BBQ it properly, how hard can it get ? Tsk tsk. Anyway, NO one got any tummy ach for that day, especially with us girls wrapping up the end of the BBQ. (Well, not that I know off. ;) )


And also our 2 love-birds:

Pumpkin: Hey the BBQ tomato is nice!
Sweetie-Pie: Really ?
Pumpkin: Sure, try it.

AWWWWW.... that's so sweet. *Young Love*

And so as the evening proceed on, with all the laughter in the air, finishing up of both drinks and food, there just left one more thing to do. And that's................. BBQ-ing the MARSHMALLOW!!!!

How can a BBQ be called a BBQ if there's no BBQ-ing of marshmallow to close up the BBQ in the end? :)

It's pretty obvious that it had reached the time of the evening (night) that we were getting so lazy that we decided to just BBQ the mallows just like the way do to up satays. :)

And of course, while we're busying BBQ-ing he mallows, look at what the guys were doing ? (And mind you, Kent was suppose to have a call at 10pm and that was like about 5-10 TO 10pm!)

Well, seems like the call will have to wait, as they'll have to finish up this game. Or this round at least. ;)

Overall, this is one great event out with the CBO. Feels like the good'o days when I was still with and part of them. All the fun, laughter, jokes and a bond between each and everyone.Though many couldn't make it, but there'll be a next time round. :)
